"Summoning the spirit of music from within, Grinphox has yet again translated thoughts and feelings into sound, reflecting on the positives and the negatives of life. "Cave Jaaz" is meant to be likened to the thought process of someone with mania - terrifyingly fast thought intrusion, and replacement. Similarly, "Go Suck Your Blade Esquire" is meant to show the benefits of such a person - talking with others about cool shit, getting creative, and making stuff happen. "Envy" is a demonic possession of synthesizers inspired by a session of tabletop RPGs.

This album makes you feel like you're inside an old computer that is on it's last legs. Everything is glitchy, aggressive, and decaying around you. There are only a few moments where it feels something is still functioning and intact, only to be followed by more sounds of disrepair. Truly a special experience. icu8some2
